We independently organize, manage, and operate the tours and services advertised on our website. We do not operate as a marketplace, travel-agent intermediary, or booking platform for other tour companies.

Our services include:

• Wildlife safaris and national park experiences.
• Private tours and customized travel packages.
• Day trips and multi-day tours.
• Airport pickups and drop-offs.
• Private taxi and chauffeur-driven transportation.
• Sightseeing and cultural experiences.
• Other travel and tourism services within Sri Lanka.

We may use our own staff, drivers, guides, vehicles, and operational resources to deliver our services. Certain facilities, tickets, accommodation, or activity components may be provided by independent third-party suppliers where necessary.

Customers can make bookings through our website or other official booking channels.

A booking is considered confirmed once:

• The required booking information has been submitted.
• Any applicable payment or deposit requirements have been fulfilled.
• Travelers Tour Guide has issued a booking confirmation.

Customers must provide accurate information, including:

• Full name and contact details.
• Number of participants.
• Travel date and preferred starting time.
• Pickup and drop-off locations.
• Relevant travel or activity requirements.

Customers are responsible for checking their booking confirmation and informing us of any incorrect information as soon as possible.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to the applicable booking details and selected services.

Prices may vary depending on:

• Number of participants.
• Pickup and drop-off locations.
• Travel distance.
• Vehicle type and service category.
• Selected activities and additional services.
• Seasonal or operational requirements.

Payments must be completed using the payment methods available during checkout or otherwise agreed with Travelers Tour Guide.

Where applicable, additional charges such as park entrance fees, permits, accommodation, meals, or optional activities will be clearly identified before booking.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or technical errors before confirming a booking.

We aim to provide the services according to the descriptions, inclusions, itineraries, and arrangements displayed on our website and confirmed during booking.

However, tour schedules and itineraries may need to be adjusted due to:

• Traffic conditions and road closures.
• Weather conditions.
• National park rules and restrictions.
• Government instructions.
• Safety considerations.
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any significant changes will be communicated to customers where reasonably possible.

For transportation services, customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information and be ready at the agreed location and time.

Wildlife safaris involve natural environments, and animal sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Travelers Tour Guide cannot guarantee sightings of leopards, elephants, bears, birds, or other wildlife during any safari.

Safari activities are subject to:

• National park opening hours and regulations.
• Government and wildlife authority restrictions.
• Weather and environmental conditions.
• Wildlife movements and natural behaviour.
• Safety instructions from the responsible guide or park authorities.

Customers must follow all instructions provided by their safari guide and comply with national park regulations.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking and contact information.
• Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.
• Follow instructions provided by drivers and guides.
• Respect local laws, cultural practices, wildlife, and the environment.
• Avoid behaviour that may endanger themselves or others.
• Inform us in advance about relevant mobility requirements or special arrangements.
• Take care of personal belongings during tours and transportation.

Travelers Tour Guide is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for children participating in tours and activities.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult where required by the nature of the activity or applicable regulations.

Customers must provide accurate ages of children when making a booking, particularly where child-specific tickets or pricing apply.

All cancellations and refund requests are handled according to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website.

Customers should review that policy before completing a booking.

Where a booking is made through a third-party payment provider, the applicable payment processing conditions will also apply.

Customers may request changes to confirmed bookings, including travel dates, pickup times, participant numbers, and service arrangements.

Changes are subject to availability and must be approved by Travelers Tour Guide.

Additional charges may apply if the requested changes increase the cost of providing the service.

Travelers Tour Guide reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a service when necessary due to operational, safety, weather-related, governmental, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where we cancel a confirmed service, customers will be offered an appropriate alternative arrangement or refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Customers participate in tours and activities at their own responsibility and must follow all reasonable safety instructions.

Certain activities may involve physical movement, uneven terrain, wildlife environments, or other inherent risks.

Travelers Tour Guide may refuse or discontinue participation where a customer's behaviour creates a safety risk or seriously disrupts the experience of others.

Travelers Tour Guide will take reasonable care to provide safe, reliable, and properly organized services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, road closures, or unexpected wildlife behaviour.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, descriptions, and branding, belongs to Travelers Tour Guide or is used with appropriate permission.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, commercially use, or modify our website content without prior written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure website information is accurate and up to date. However, descriptions, prices, and availability may occasionally require updates.

Customer information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

By using our website and booking our services, you acknowledge that your information may be used for booking management, customer communication, payment processing, and service delivery as explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you experience an issue during your tour or transportation service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve it.

Complaints submitted after the service will be reviewed individually.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be handled in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan law.
