Travelers Tour Guide (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a marketplace that connects travellers with tour and activity suppliers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services (the “Service”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your information.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect information in three ways: what you give us, what we collect automatically, and what we receive from third parties.

Account and profile information. Name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), phone number, profile photo, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares with us.

Supplier and listing information. If you register as a supplier, we collect business details, activity listings, pricing, media, and related documentation submitted for verification.

Booking and transaction information. Activities you view, save, or book; booking dates and party size; and payment confirmation details from our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Communications. Messages, reviews, support requests, and other content you submit through the Service.

Usage and device information. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically through server logs and similar technologies.

Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) below.

• Create and manage your account, and authenticate sign-ins (including multi-factor authentication).
• Operate the marketplace: display activities, process bookings, and connect travellers with suppliers.
• Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Send account, booking, and security notifications (e.g. password resets, booking confirmations, MFA codes).
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Personalize content, such as displaying prices in your selected currency and recommending relevant activities.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the security, performance, and reliability of the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
• With your consent, send marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Suppliers. When you book an activity, we share the booking details necessary to fulfill it (e.g. name, contact information, party size, and booking dates) with the relevant supplier.
• Payment processors. Payment information is shared with our third-party payment processor to complete transactions securely.
• Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support vendors who process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Travelers Tour Guide, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your information.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as your selected currency), and understand how the Service is used. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without affecting core features such as authentication. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may limit certain functionality.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and optional multi-factor authentication for your account. Because we operate an international marketplace, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
